How a Saancha shoe is made
From hide to heel. Three days. One last. No shortcuts.
- 01 · Pattern & cut
Hides are inspected and patterns cut by hand. Scars and brand marks become heel counters or linings — nothing wasted.
- 02 · Upper assembly
Pieces are skived, stitched, and lined. Edges are burnished before lasting.
- 03 · Lasting & sole
The upper is pulled over the last. Sole attachment follows the construction for that design — cemented for our current collection.
- 04 · Finish
Edges dressed, leather polished, and final inspection under workshop light. Only pairs that pass leave the bench.
