Returns & Refunds

1. 14-Day Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused shoes in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-returnable

Custom/bespoke pairs, worn or damaged items, and sale items marked final sale cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Process

Email [email protected] or [email protected] with order number and reason. We arrange free pickup where available in Pakistan.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection. COD refunds are via bank transfer.
