What sizes do you stock?
Most styles run EU 39–44. Check each product page for exact availability. See the Size Guide for conversion tips.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch across Pakistan. Free shipping over Rs 5,000.
Can I return shoes?
Yes — 14 days from delivery for unworn pairs in original packaging. Free pickup is available in many cities.
Are the shoes handmade?
Yes. Each pair is cut, lasted, and finished by hand in our Lahore workshop.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order with your order number (e.g. SAN123456) or the link in your confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfer.
